      • We accept exchanges within 7 days of the product delivery date.
      • If product is damaged customer should request return in one day after the product delivery.
      • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
      • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund as an alternative.
      • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

      • Orders can be cancelled before the product is packed for delivery to claim 100% refund.
      • if Order Cancelled after delivery, then 25% of the cost of product will be deducted.
